Q: If I find a document on the download list does that mean it has been adopted by the FCAM?
A: No. Documents are being made available for download as a service. Inclusion on this site does not express or imply FCAM endorsement. For information on policies and procedures adopted by the FCAM please contact the secretary of the association
Q: Why can't I open a document that I downloaded?
A: There are many types of documents and depending on what word processing form a document is in, it may not be compatible with the word processing software you are using. FCAM makes the documents available "as is" and cannot be responsible for converting documents to other formats.
Q: How do I make a document available on this site for download?
A: The most efficient method is to e-mail your document to the association secretary for review and approval.
Q: I have a hard copy of a document. Can I just submit that to the secretary?
A: No. At this time the association does not have sufficient resources to turn hard copy into electronic form suitable for posting.
Q: If I submit a document for upload, who will be able to access it?
A: While this section of the website is intended as a service the the FCAM membership, once a document is posted on the website, anyone with a web browser can access the documents. If your document is sensitive in nature you may wish to consider another method of making it available to the membership.
Q: I have a copyrighted document. May I have this posted for download?
A: Yes. Copyrighted material will only be considered for posting with the copyright holder's written permission. The member submitting the material is responsible for providing FCAM with written permission to make the document available for download.
Q: I have some pictures that might be of interest to the members. May I have these posted for download?
A: No. Due to server limitations and the generally large file size of graphic images, the FCAM only accepts documents for posting.
Q: I have a question not covered by this FAQ. Who should I contact?
A: Please direct all questions related to downloads to the secretary of the association.
