Please be advised that as a mark of respect for the memory of former President George H. W. Bush who passed on Friday, November 30, 2018, and in accordance with U.S. Flag Code, Title 4, Chapter 1, Section 7 (m), Massachusetts Governor Charles D. Baker has ordered that the United States flag and the Commonwealth flag be lowered to half-staff at all state buildings beginning immediately.  Updates to follow.

These gubernatorial orders apply to:

1.  The main or administration building of each public institution of the Commonwealth, e.g. town and city halls.

2.  Other state-owned or state-controlled buildings.

3.  All state military installations.
