A major revision to the FCAM By-Laws was proposed and voted to be sent to the by-law committee for review for of the structure and format not the specific content as is in accordance with our current by-law regarding proposed changes.  The by-law committee will review and make a report at the May - General Membership Meeting - which takes place prior to the installation of officers for FY 18.  That meeting will be held on FRIDAY - May 19th at the LOG CABIN in Easthampton.  Notice and Registration will be posted by May 1st for that meeting.  After the report is given to the membership at the May meeting the membership will vote to accept, or reject the report.  Discussion will be on the committees report not the content of the proposal itself. Discussion and vote on the proposal will take place at the Wednesday - June 21st meeting at the Southbridge Inn.  The draft of the proposed changes can be found HERE
